to Your Cup
Trippy Buck Coffee began with a simple idea: what if you could trace your morning cup all the way back to the soil where it grew? Founded in 2020, we're a family-run operation with roots that literally run deep — into the coastal mountains of Ecuador.
Our beans are grown at Hacienda Salida del Sol, our family farm nestled in La Azucena, Ecuador. Kissed by mountain mist and harvested with care, each batch travels from those hills to Waco, Texas, where we roast them to order.
We bring that coffee to Austin as the city's only mobile farm-to-cup, single origin coffee operation — pulling up to your neighborhood in our trucks so you can experience true field-to-mug traceability without the plane ticket.
